Submit Credit Application

Applicant acknowledges and agrees that its submission of an application does not constitute a commitment from Intech Funding Corp. (“IFC”) to enter into any financing arrangement or any other transaction with Applicant and is expressly subject to IFC's full credit approval.  IFC does not communicate orally, and Applicant should not rely on any oral communication of commitment.  If approved, funding by IFC will be subject to delivery of executed documents acceptable to IFC and satisfaction of all other conditions as may be required by IFC; in each case, as determined by IFC in its sole discretion.

Only IFC may offer equipment leasing or other financing in connection herewith.  IFC and the vendor of the equipment (and its affiliates and dealers) are independent of one another, and neither is authorized to make any statement, representation, warranty, or promise on behalf of or in any way act for or bind the other.
