Submit Credit Application

Applicant acknowledges and agrees that its submission of an application does not constitute a commitment from Verdant Commercial Capital, LLC (“VCC”) to enter into any financing arrangement or any other transaction with Applicant and is expressly subject to VCC's full credit approval.  VCC does not communicate orally, and Applicant should not rely on any oral communication of commitment.  If approved, funding by VCC will be subject to delivery of executed documents acceptable to VCC and satisfaction of all other conditions as may be required by VCC; in each case, as determined by VCC in its sole discretion.

Only VCC may offer equipment leasing or other financing in connection herewith.  VCC and the vendor of the equipment (and its affiliates and dealers) are independent of one another, and neither is authorized to make any statement, representation, warranty, or promise on behalf of or in any way act for or bind the other.
